PAYMENT

You may place your orders on our website in the following ways:

1. Payment by Credit Card: All credit cards are valid on our website.

2. Payment by bank transfer: When you make payment by bank transfer, please specify in the explanation section your order/invoice number to be assigned after approval of the order.

Courier fee for the foreign shipments is 15.00€.

Your orders shall be delivered to courier within 3 “business days” after they are approved. (the term “business day” refers to the business days applicable for Turkey. It is exclusive of the official holidays and weekends applicable for Turkey.) Orders placed at weekend shall be put into process on Monday. Our website is contracted with DHL Kargo. The cargo company delivers the product that you have purchased to the address you indicate. In case you are not found at the indicated address, a note notifying that you may receive your cargo from the nearest branch office shall be left. In case you don’t take delivery of your package from the branch office within three days, your packages shall be returned to us. We kindly request you to check the product that you have received. In case your product is damaged, we kindly request you to return your product without taking the delivery thereof, by having the cargo official take an OFFICIAL REPORT. In case there is no official report, this price refund will not be able to be made to you, since gülsha will not be able to receive an indemnity of damage from the cargo company.
